The Runcorn Widnes and Runcorn Rail Bridges. The arch of the bridge lit and reflecting from the Manchester Ship Canal. The lights of West Bank Dock Estate in the background. Many years ago this estate had the first ship to rail dock in the world. The dock and railway have now gone. Looking downstream towards Liverpool from Runcorn on the south side of the river. Many thanks to Michael Lake for his inspirational photography.
