A view accross the Manchester Ship Canal looking at the Runcorn Widnes Bridge and Runcorn Rail Bridge. A thin strip of the River Mersey is just visable on the other side of the dividing barrier between the ship canal and the river. Sometimes the bridge arch is lit up. Viewed from Runcorn Old Town, facing downstream. Many thanks to my son for the photography.
